i upgrade to lg and must request to not charge me

i upgraded to a lg phone i recently learned that cell c is still billing me for bis i requested a refund and got a reference and was told it will be resolved within 48 hours it is almost more than a week and still nothing just empty promises i feel this is pathetic this is the first time i was treated like this and i have my number at cell c for more than 5 years <br> my ref no is ***<br> <br> <br> sort out my refund now
