I understand why people punch people in the face.

I opened a contract with cellc. I was told one thing and given another. I called to cancel this contract and was under the impression that it was cancelled. 3 months down the line I am informed that I have been paying this contract even though it was cancelled. I have spent the last hour and a half listening to CellC and their \customer care"agents get irrate with me due to the limitations of their system. I understand now why people want to walk into your stores and just punch the first person they see in the face. Your customer care agents are rude"
