I surrender.
I would like to take this opportunity to tell ANYONE thinking of getting a tablet from Cell C - to either open it up while you are in the store, or to NOT do it. I recently upgraded and received a defective device. After much back and forth I eventually got the device booked in for 'assessment'. This morning I was advised that a device I have not had 1 days use of - can be repaired at a cost of over 3 thousand rand which is close to what it would cost to buy it cash.
I have spoken to the assessment guys, the customer service guys, the retention guys, the repairs department - at some point I thought they'd put me through to the Pope.
Needless to say, tread lightly with these guys - the plane has no pilot.

HOW CAN THIS DEVICE BE OUT OF WARRANTY ???????
Man alive, I think you guys have actually hit rock bottom and started to dig.
do I need to go to a police station and lay a charge against you guys ??
we are at 68 days and counting - my money is on me never seeing the tablet again and you guys going radio silent.

So I guess I'm *****ed here I'm locked into a 2 year contract avd I don't have a device. Abd you guys have done absolutely NOTHING to help me. I used to be a proud cell c contract holder. Now I'm angry and ashamed.
This matter is far from over.
You don't ***** from me and get away with it.
