I still pay my cellphone insurance but they ca't replace my for

<p>my claim was lodged on the 20th of march with C surance . The 23rd of march i called in they told me they ordering my phone and on the 31st i would receive the phone the 31st came no feedback was given regarding claim.</p> <p> </p> <p>I then called in again on the 7th of April i was told that my phone was never ordered and that they will put my order in as urgencey that never happended i then called again on the 15th of April they advised my phone has been ordered and its on its way to bayside i lodged a complaint they told me they will email me and take matters futher since then never ever received a email or sms - My mom then called in again last week on the 21st of April she was told that they cant track my phone and they will call me on the 26th no one has contacted me excess has been paid but no phone you guys are pathetic and a waste of ****en time worst serivice i have received and wouldnt recomment your service to anyone .</p> <p> </p> <p>i even asked them to send phone to bayside branch but still that is too much to ask as nothing has happen todate </p>
