At 19:46 I called Cell C to enquire about my data purchase that had not gone though and instead I got through to a very rude agent by the name of Snenhlanhla who at first pretended not to hear me and then made it seem as if there was a language barrier problem between us although her pronunciation of the English language is terrible. Nevertheless I still humbled myself and proceeded to explain my reason for calling and request for assistance. Not once did she display the willingness to help and proceeded to mute me and was repetitious and inking. Eventually she muted me for a long time until she hung up on me.
