I should not have gone with Cell c
My registered phone and sim card was ******. I took my ID and proof of residence to cell c branch in woodmead. I was told I need to know the last five dialed numbers for a sim swap, regardless of having proof of ownership. Customer service is always promising a call because they never have a consultant who can advise. I have wasted years supporting the network, now I have to change because of incompetence.
