I should be employed by Cell C ...

I called cell c on wednesday 10 February, to get a new contract with a phone and 3G data, i spoke to a call centre agent and all was finalized., a week later i still have no heard anything form Cell C regarding my deal and was told that a consultant will contact me by wednesday 17 February, an agent does contact me, and we finalize the deal apparently my deal was not captured correctly everything is corrected and I am told that by friday I will receive everything, today my phone arrives without the 3G ****le and it is in the wrong colour, when the agent told me that they definitely have the colour I want. I call the call centre to report this and they tell me i need to wait 3 - 7 working days for it to be collected then a further 5 days to check that i have not tampered with the box.<br> <br> My word, i have never had this much trouble with Cell C delivering what i want, and this package is for work purposes so I am even more delayed, all i want is my phone and ****le and to continue to my life. I have to keep phoning Cell C and even when it is corrected it still comes back wrong.<br> <br> Its been almost 2 weeks now and i still havent gotten what i ordered.
