I settled my account why do I still get billed! Update my profile and ITC

The only way Cell c will ever contact you to resolve a matter is by you bashing them so here it goes! I've paid up and settled my account which was handed over to Shabir & Shaik! I settled this beginning of December and cell c has not confirmed my payment. This was settled a month ago and they sent me a statement with an outstanding amount of what i already paid!!! Look into this and clear my profile! Im disgusted honestly 😒 every time I call they transfer me and disconnect the line. What pathetic provider are you! I hope people see this and leave your company
