I requested my contract to be taken over to Prepaid as it expired

I requested my contract to be taken over to Prepaid as it expired. Now i get another bill. They want me to pay for data that was not even allocated or used by me!! They really know how to make their customers unhappy! Minus 100 stars for them!!
