i request payback on the phone you are keeping/ *****ing without my consent

i have given cell c numerouse times to return my phone i now openly say i will buy a new phone , cell c can keep the phone they refuse to give me a update on , please do not reply to this message saying you will be looking into it , you have been looking into it for way to long i now request payback for the phone i have been reqquesting back via numerouse manners ihave screenshots of all my facebook message daily where cell c promices to look int , they have no update whatsoever , i request the value insured by tomorrow as i need a phone . i will keep them responsible for client loss daily as they do not care about the time frame and there clients . they also provide bad signal 1 of every 10calls is working .
