I regret the day I took out a contract with Cell C

I have complained about Cell C at National Consumer Commission and Cell C was resquested to resolve my complain below is the response from Cell C.<br> Thank you for affording us the opportunity to resolve your complaint. We at Cell C appreciate both positive and negative feedback as this provides us with valuable insight into the way you as the subscriber perceive our service and products.<br> <br> This email serves to confirm that the mobile contract lines with numbers *** and *** will be cancelled without the early contract cancellation fees under the conditions that both phones (Samsung T531 Galaxy Tab4) and Samsung G313h Galaxy Trend Neo) issued with the contracts be returned to Cell C. <br> <br> We also confirm that Cell C has already retracted the collection file with the debt collector and the Cell C account that is linked with the mobile data line has been closed.<br> <br> <br> Now I have returned the phones but they haven't clear my name at ITC as promised on the email, I am so dissponted and being humiliated by them, I need Cell C to respond why they are fooling the world about thier advert by saying the power is in your hands, now my name has been contaminated at ITC. WHY???
