Been waiting for Phumzile from your social media escalations department to get back to me regarding cancellation of my data contract which i have not been able to utilise as i wished since i dont have home route. Im meant to work from home but i cant. When i upgraded my contract i was told by an agent called Rendani that i cancel the contract anytime its a month by month, i asked Phumzile to listen to the call and get back to me i cant be paying for services that are not beneficial to me.
