I regret the day I joined cell c

Hi, I still don't understand what is cell c doing to me. 30 october my contract was due to expire . I called them to terminate the contract. I received sms that my contract will be cancelled 28/11/2018. December I was debited, I see today they have loaded benefit so I called them now they tell me the system shows it will be cancelled on the 28/01/2019. They will debit me again in January. How is that possible?, when I've asked them to cancel my contract. When I call them no one seems to know what is going on. When I request for the voice recordings; I'm told it will take time. It's seem as if my contract was not cancelled at the first place. I regret the day I join cell c.
