I regret the day i dealt with cell c

It is with gross sadness I had to use this platform again to deal with cell c. I have a lap top contract with cell c where I was paying about R289/ Month. Things changed last year in June where cell c debited approximate R1500 on my account, the amount that was way above my contract, I then contacted cell c to seek clarity on the charge they said the charge was for data used yet they were cutting me off when my allocated data bundles were exhausted, they said they gonna investigate and come back to me which they never did, they then decided to hand over the account to NDS which I asked them to gather information of the charge from cell c and they failed . I am only prepared to pay only what I am liable for, I am not prepared to pay for cell c ********** acts. recently I just findout that they have registered me with credit bureau which became very clear to me that all this was an intent to victimize me, and what pains most is that they are doing this for the second time, I regret the day I trusted cell to be the supplier for my laptop.
