I regret taking cell c contract

As a young professional who was looking for great data bundles deal, I agreed to a 24 months contract with cell c. The biggest mistake of my life. Upon the expiry of the contract, I called countless times to try to cancel the contract, they sent me from pillar to post. Finally I managed to cancel it, guess what, their accounts department continued to debit my account irregardless of the contract being canceled, actually, the accounts department doubled the invoice from R249 to R600+. At the end of the day. They messed up my credit record which is what happens when you refuse to extend their contract. This explains why they are where they are today in terms of business

Dear Solomon,

Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

We sincerely apologize for any frustration and inconvenience caused during the cancellation of your contract. We see that your cancellation process was completed, and you were informed regarding your last debit order. However, we understand your concerns about the additional charges and the impact on your credit record.

To ensure this matter is fully resolved, we have escalated your query back to our team for further investigation and clarity regarding the charges and account status.

One of our friendly consultants will contact you and provide feedback.

Regards,

I have reached out to Cell C numerous times with my own airtime going to waste. Everytime I reach out, your consultants say I failed security questions, how can I fail questions on my own details that I myself have provided to you.

The fact that your billing department has no information regarding our contractual status is somewhat worrisome. Because it means they'll never stop debiting our accounts with ******* invoices.

I have no confidence whatsoever in your services and I only feel for your prospective victims
