I REGRET TAKING A CELLC CONTRACT WITH CELLC

Dear Peter Taking a contract with CELLC was the worst mistake of my life😭😭😭💔I took an account with CELLC in 2019 which I settled in December last year. I asked CellC to close the account but they said I must send of proof of payments and I did but still they have not closed my account and it ruining my credit score. I always write here and they call me and say they will look into the matter but they don't. I had taken the same contract with mtn after I had settled the outstanding balance they closed they account the same and they sent me a settlement letter. Now I am convinced that CellC is a **** and I regret taking a contract with them.
