I refuse to pay debit order penalties for Cell Cs incompetence
I am not even going to bother explaining this as I did it previously and had no assistance besides a automated response from Cell C which was then followed up a person from customer care who could still not assist me. When my contract is complete I am done with this company and I have been a client for 10 years. Vert disappointing.
