I really want to pay, but no response from Cell C
You have no number on your website to phone you on when outside of SA. The 084184 number does not work when outside SA. I have now sent 2 emails for someone to correspond to me via email but in 2 weeks no reply???? I have to cancel my contract with you and I WANT to pay the cancellation fee, but if you do not come back to me I WILL JUST CANCEL MY DEBIT ORDER AND STOP PAYING. Your choice if you want to contact me!

17 May 2019, 16:23And another day without a phone call from Cell C, on the international number I provided. Only an SMS with cancellation cost was sent to my daughter. I have now cancelled my debit order, so I suggest if you want your money, get someone to call me. No phone call, no pay!

28 May 2019, 14:22I still didn't get a phone call. As I promised, I now stopped my debit order. So if you want me to pay the settlement amount, please send me the account number and what reference I should use. If I don't get feedback, I will consider this as closed I I tried on multiple occasions to get the detail without success!
