i paid them but i still get massages

I had a prepaid account with cell c as per number ***. I had a network problem with them. People would tell me my phone is off while its on , i then decided to port to another network while i was owing them R11 advance airtime. I have paid that amount but im still getting those massages saying im owing everyday.
