I paid Cell C for something which I didnt receive.

I am extremely dissatisfied with Cell C, I purchased an eSim more than a month ago and completed the online Rica process but to date, almost 2 months later I have not received my eSim. I contacted your call centre and provided them with a reference and they couldn't assist but told me to send and email. I sent 2 emails to your customer care email address and no one has bothered to assist me. I have been your customer for decades and I am disgusted by your lack of assistance. It honestly can't be so compliant to get an eSim.
