I own my phone. And Cell C is not allowing me pay as you go instead of a contract
I am tied into a contract with cell C and now I want to buy pay as you go. I bought my own phone. So essentially I owe nothing. It’s my money. Month to month. So it’s not applicable that I owe anything. It’s just Cell C taking my money They need to give me the freedom to pay as I wish. And the contract and better cheaper ways to get data and minutes was not explained properly.
This is taking my time And I already came into the shop to sort out.

30 Mar 2023, 14:12Yes SIM only. I am not happy with the contract . It gives so little and is way too expensive. I want to cancel. But in saying that I will still stay with Cell C. Just do it a more strategic way to get more data. I understand Cell C wants me to pay premium. But you should be fair and allow me to move to another way of paying.
