I owe Cell-C 1c and thats why they wont submit instruction to cancel/close my contract when it expires
So i have had a contract with you guys for the past 2 years, its expiring next month, i call the call centre today to inform them when it expire i want it closed, no month to month continue
The consultant tell me they cannot close the account because i owe money, i ask her how much she say 1c, yes 1c is what I'm in arrears with, i ask her how since you guys do debit order that means somewhere you debited be with 1c less, she could not answer, clearly your fault
So considering that you guys want to retain me, tell me what kind of sentiment this will leave me with, that i must get another cell-c contract?, you have lost my business, this and any future ...that i guarantee you

08 Jun 2024, 07:29Your team made contact, and they made it clear my contract ends on the 7th of July, they will debit on the 1st full debit amount but guess what?, I have 6 days to use all my months allocation data+voice as comes 7 all will be forfeited,
If you guys know this, why not charge clients pro-Rata, for such a big amount contract how do you expect me to finish it in 6 days, another way to **** clients out of what they bought
I have had Vodacom and MTN In my list of providers I will never touch, guess what...you guys also just got added, you will never see me as a client again

08 Jun 2024, 08:10Dear Melinyaniso Mapi
We apologize for the inconvenience caused by the timing of your final debit and the forfeiture of your remaining data and voice allocation.
We understand how unfair it feels to pay for a full month’s service when you only have a few days to use it. We would like to investigate this further to see if we can find a solution that addresses your concerns and prevents this from happening to other customers in the future.
Regards,
Cell C | TM
