I Now Hate Cell C

My wife was attacked by ******* on black friday who stole je phone in the process.WE HAD HOPES that cell C will assist us in getting a SIM SWAP. i was proved wrong when i went into the cell c shop in Kollanad mall, in attempt to get the sim swop done i was told to call cell c customer care (from inside of a Cell C Store????).....what is your shop there for then?<br> after waiting for 25 - 30 mins for custoner care to answer, i was told that the security questions i answered were wrong and i had failed the \test".<br> the test consisted of questions that are aimed at contract lines.... mine is prepaid"
