I never knew it takes more than a month to receive a paid up letter!

Why am I being debited when my contract was cancelled without my knowledge and I was assured that the month of November will be my last debit order month since my benefits were taken away? It's more than a month since I requested to receive a paid up letter and till today I'm still waiting. Can someone who knows how to do their job, reverse the +R510 back into my account and make a plan of paying for charges of an unplanned debit order putting my account on a negative.

I spoke to more than 5 consultants and I'm still waiting. All I get told is that the case is still not resolved. First call I made was on the 8th of November, today it's the 22nd of December and still nothing.
