I never hard an account with cell c!!

Im still waiting for cell c to clear my name after an incident that happened in February ,they promised to cancel the contract and everything now I can see that my name is not cleared on ICT.I never signed any contract with cell c, the guy who assisted agreed to cancel the contract....but now ICT is picking my name as somebody who owes cell c!!!
