I never had a contract with Cell C in My Life

On the 24th of October'17 I decided to review my credit score and I've noticed that it has dropped due to some Cell C contract I didn't pay. To my surprise I never had any Cell C number in my life and I don't even remember thinking of having one with them. I call their customer service line where I was told that the account was now closed and handed over to their legal team. They gave me a number to call again their legal team now...I did call them as told and to my surprise this Tsolofelo fellow gave me another number ********** to call their legal team asking them to update my ITC status and send me proof. Now hold on guys...m the one who got ripped my credit status by your company by **********ly opening the contract without my concern. You mean I should do your company's job now to clear my name.
