i NEVER HAD A CELL C CONTRACT

I app**** for a cell c contract, just to be informed that I have a cell c account that is in areas by the contact centre.<br> <br> I NEVER ever had a cell c account. I app**** online before but never the account was opened or never did I receive a phone.<br> <br> I contacted the call centre the last time and they said they will fix this mistake and come back to me, im still waiting and its going for a year now.<br> <br> now tried to apply for a new contract, but still they said I cannot get a contract because it shows that I owe cell c.
