I Never asked for Itemised billing

I have just noticed that I am being charged for itemised billing on my account. My average monthly cellphone bill is R60.00 I ask you with tears in my eyes, who in their right mind would opt to pay R18.65 every month on a bill of R60??? I have had this Cell C number since 2002 and I have never ever asked for itemised billing. I phoned into your call centre today and they advised that I have been billed for this feature since 17 January 2014. That may have been the date I moved over to 99c per call, and that is when something went WRONG. I repeat, I have never asked for itemised billing and I want you to refund all of the money you have charged me for itemised billing since 17 January 2014.
