I live in Sabie Mapumalanga S.A. I was phoned by a sales consultant offering me a cell c contract ,cell phone and tablet . I asked about the signal here in Sabie no that's not a problem if I should pick up a problem they have a arrangements with vodacom to roam and I would not be charged extra . Well the beginning of a nightmare began, I had trouble no signal logged a complain investigation was taking place now the phone I received April 2015 the tablet October 2015 . I followed every instruction even went to cell c [Email Removed] Mall Nelspruit there is no CellC shop here I was told to do a simswop as the serial no that my simca has is faulty , cost me 143 rand plus petrol to do this . Same story . Then in October when my tablet deal came through all was asked and confirmed they now deduct this from my nedbank account and not as instructed standard bank where 061***8110 is deducted, the payment insufficient funds at nedbank they reversed it my bank charges 120.
