I need proper feedback or valid reasons regarding

A sales consultant denied me a contract just because i am on a fixed term contract. Then I asked the shop assistant to put through my application again with a different Sales consultant. The feedback was different, i was told i could get a contract for a year. I feel that cell c has double standards because the majority of South Africans are under contracts and have been given cellphone Contracts. I have been using a cell c contract number for many years which has been under my mother's name and its time i changed it. My point is that, i got two different replies in 1 day with the same documents from Cell C. There is no consistency, and there are a lot of contractors who do not get turned away by cell c. I know because most people who work in Lephalale are contractors. I then called Cell C, to try and get an explanation as to why this happened. I was put through to a lady called Nelisiwe Hlongwane, who is clearly a bad listener and is very rude. As i was trying to explain what happened, she told me that she was talking. She told me the 12 month Contract may have been because of my credit rating which was not the reason given to me twice this afternoon.
