I NEED MY REFUND!!

I signed for a 24 month contract sim which was a 10G at R89 per month. This was supposed to end last month. I got a debit of R215 now and I called to ask and was advised that the contract is continuing. I asked for the copy of the contract but no one has sent it. I spoke to 4 people already and the calls are at my cost - yet still not assisted. Please refund me.
