I need my paid-up letter from Cell C
I had a contract with Cell C and lost my job Cell C handed me over to SSDA to made payment arrangements with SSDA I have paid up my credit in April 2022 and another company called CSS has been harassing me saying am owing them R786 it even appears on my credit check, Am very dissapointed with CellC because everytime I contact them they request a referrence number from me for the case and they say that referrence number thay cant trace and they had to create another I have about 7 different referrence numbers now. and I was requested to send my zero balance statement from SSDA as prooof that I had paid up my credit together with my ID number and contact details which I did send.
One of Cell C consultant eventually called me back and gave me a number to call and request my paid up and surprisingly that number was for CSS which I never dealt with claiming that am still owing R786 so I informed them to please liaise with Cell C to stop harassing me so they couldnt help me with my paid up letter.
I then phoned SSDA for my paid letter they informed me that they waiting for CellC to authorise them to release my paid up so Cell C please authorise my paid up letter to be released please communicate with SSDA.

Because the zero-balance statement you requested, I did send it to you *** on the 30 November 2022 and no one rep**** or sent me my letter, but the consultants keep escalating my case and false promise 48hours turnaround, I'm so done and disappointed.
I need you to contact SSDA and authorize them to release my paid-up letter PLEASE!
What am expecting is my paid-up letter not a phone call from your consultant yuuu aay shame!

I am still waiting to be contacted, I phoned cellc today to follow up the lady says you did try and phone me and it went to voicemail which is a lie. I never received any missed calls todays at all, and my phone was never switched off.
PLEASE email my paid LETTER up yesses!
