I need my name to be cleared as i do not owe anything.
Cell C i got a call from this number *** 09h19 from a lady and i explain to her that customer care phoned me and i was waiting for confirmation from them, she just put the phone down on my ear whilst i was talking, i need someone that understand the problem i had with you to call me and i cannot pay for debit orders that did not go through since i send back your phones, i get about 10 calls on the same number but different on the last number.

22 May 2023, 10:21Please listen to my phone call recordings i did from the 05/08 the day i received the wrong phones, i did not cancel in October i did that before seven working days in August unfortunately we always get poor service. The arrears were caused by the money that was taken from my account for the phones i do not have. I had to reverse my money every two or few days since it was taken from account without my knowledge.
