I need my name cleared
Worst service provider ever. My account was handled over during lockdown but I managed to pay it off, I struggled to get paid up letter from Cell c and now I have received the paid up letter but cell c is still appearing on my credit report as "handed over account"
I have settled this account four months ago, i need my cleared as it is affecting my credit score badly
