I need help

Is there anyone who can actually assist me. Legally.

I have 3 cellc contracts that the money gets debited for every month. I have been fighting them since April 2021 for debiting TOO MUCH money and then telling me to go in store and pay OUTSTANDING fees because they cut off our phones so we cannot use them??? HOW IS THIS EVEN POSSIBLE. We run our own business and cannot even use our phones that you debit us double for every month.

I have spoken to people in store, call center, managers, you name it. And now once again they have debited me DOUBLE.

Does anyone know anything I can actually do to sort this out. It cannot go on like this!!!
