I need Getmore to be cancelled immediately

I cancelled Getmore on the 26 July and they said I should wait for 30 days for it to be cancelled, on the 2nd of September I received 2 SMS's confirming that Getmore was cancelled but they debited Getmore again, I really don't understand why cell c is doing this to us😠
