I'm still waiting for feedback

Mr Maropeng Motana took over my case since I wrote here bt now I tried several times to ask him about the case how long do I have to wait bt I don't get any respond.Cell c just send me some messages n calls asking me to pay bt I already payed them and they said are about to close my phones now.I tried to explain to them bt they said they only can give the number to ***** department they can't transfer me.My problem is that I don't have airtime to phone cell c ***** department.Please who ever whose gonna take over my case may he or she can sort it out so that I'mgonna be stress free coz from tomorrow I won't have phone just because of this *****.
