I'm so angry with CellC

Why does it that one has to fight with Cellc. To get things right. Why can't a person just enjoy being with Cellc. We were due for an upgrade and the Hemingways cellc store was handling this upgrade. but the phone we wanted is not available on stock. <br> Now came these idiots from Cellc Direct who forced my mother to take the upgrade. Now the simple card is locked I can't make calls with the sim Card. <br> why must we fight with these people.. I'm so sick with these people incompetence.
