I'm paying thousands for a mistake cell c made

Following my previous report regarding an incorrect amount being debited on my account by Cell C, they have been in contact with me and agreed to pay 50% of the amount debited because the online deal did indicate that its a open line contract.<br> I went on their website and no contracts have such a clause, or was mine an exclusive special? i called and requested that they send me the proof that my contract stipulated the stated and im still waiting. Even so, the recording proved that i DID in fact tell the consultant i want to pay the R99 as advertised but he failed to limit my data so why should i pay for his mistake?<br> I was also charged R 323.61 in September which is 3 times more than what i was supposed to pay...How much am i actually going to pay for Vusi's mistake?<br> I was credited the supposed to be 50% but that amounted to R 897.81 when in fact R 2379.00 was debited. How is that even close to 50%.<br> this will be the longest 24 month contract of my life...to think i was considering their contract buy-out.<br> Wish there was a cheaper way to buy myself out of this contract
