I lost my R55 airtime for nothing cellc took my airtime

I bought R55 airtime for my home connector Sim card. After when I check my balance the Is no airtime my balance is 0.04. I called and they told me that I have subscription of which I never subscribed yo anything as the simcard is always in my pocket router. Am so dissapointed with their service . I lost my R55 airtime for nothing😭😭😭😭
