I just want to settle my Cell C account!

I have an account with cell c I have been trying to pay off for over 5 months now and everytime I call them, I get passed around to different departments. I even went to their stores but still was passed on to contracts department. All I want to do, is settle the account and be done but this game of hot potato bis affecting my credit score negatively...I am constantly showing as in arrears, even though I have the money and have been asking to settle since early 2021. I need Cell C to urgently action this, so we can part ways and I can have life back on track.
