I just need and letter

<p>Anyone from cell c, I have called and mailed you already for a letter regarding a handset I purchased in 2012 now I have a problem with the handset and the manufacture needs proof that I did purchase the phone from you. I have called, I have mailed, I have twittered, what's next do you want me to walk into your offices or pull up a billboard trashing your service? I just need that letter and your company will never hear from me again. Can someone just assist me so that I can at least have 1 good memory of this company</p>
