I HAVE SENT MY PHONE IN FOR REPAIRS ***

Hi I have sent my phone in for repairs on the *** and have had no feedback from Cell C , I went back to the branch and all they can tell me is that the phone is in Midrand. this is a contract phone so for 35 days I am paying for a phone and contract and do not have a phone are they going to reimburse me?
