I have never spoken to anyone so rude

I called Cellc to tell them that my cellphone usage went up from 42c to R380 in a matter of seconds and i wanted to know why. I spoke to a nice lady (***) who said she cant help me, she has to put me through to the technical department. I was kind calm and I explained my situation to Nadine. This woman was rude, she was so rude I had to tell her she was rude. If i ask her to clarify something she said, its like i am irritating her and she makes it a point that i know that she wants the call to be over. She even asked me if she should speak louder into the mike incase i am \deaf". I have never experienced such rudeness with any service provider in my life ever. Even with her attitude I was still kind to her. May i suggest you take her to some attitude management class. maybe she is used to dealing with complaining clients that she feel overly righteous. I mean with an attitude like hers I would refrain from speaking to anyone in the tech department. Yho such negative energy Im still trying to shake it off"
