I have never experienced such bad service. the staff is rude,arrogant and clearly not interested in their jobs.i have made multiple calls to the call center where the staff were rude and unhelpful assuming the call was answered at all. I have been inquiring about my phone which was supposed to be delivered two weeks ago and not one person is capable of following up instead one of your staff members went as far as to tell me it wasn't their job and to call again and try speaking to someone else. seriously cell c if this is how you treat your customers how do you expect to make any money. i seriously want to cancel my contract and take my business elsewhere.
