I HAVE LOST FAITH IN CELL C !!!
I lost my phone on 24 March, but due to Cell C's incompetency I only reported the device to the police and opened a claim with Cell C on 29 as they(Cell C) were having issued black listing my device.
The Device was finally blacklisted and a case opened by the insurer. It has been almost 3 weeks now. Every time I do a follow up I'm told that the claim is "under review with management". There is a lack of urgency and and care for the customer by Cell C and especially by their Insurance department.
NO MATTER THE OUTCOME OF THIS ISSUE...... I AM LEAVING CELL C.
