I have called to complain to the C.E.O office

At 17:30 on Friday the 17th April to follow up on a complaint which i was told that i would be called up the young lady that took the call MMatumela Mo***eng she did not ask me to confirm any details , i requested to speak to the manager which was Tumiso Motsepe and she discussed my account giving me personal details. It shocked me because anyone could of called and got details like my account number and they could of took money from the Bank. S.A is not the safest country when it comes to fruad. When i asked the agent why this was not done she said she is a manager and the call was transfered so she dont need to do that. I asked her if she knows whats Data protection she rep**** no . I had to tell her it is to ensure you speak to the account holder and know one esle can access the account. I feel unsafe dealing with a provider that can easly give any of my details to people that can commit fruad on me account. This is very scarey and it is not why i called them intailly for. the complaint was for incorrect billed on Data usage. Thats why there are so much ***** in this country these companies are give people our details they dont even know who they speaking too. Deresh Pithamber
