I have been asking for one thing more than 2weeks

I have been asking someone who helped me with the call log that had been asked by the bank. Sikhumbuzo Ndhlovu sent me the phone call records after I wrote to hello Peter and I forwarded it to capitec bank management and they told me that it's editable and doesn't have the letter head so I asked Mr Ndhlovu to help me with what the bank needed and he's been promising to send me but nothing and I always remind him and he responds nicely that he's gonna do it but he didn't until today. I don't know whether it's because I complained here on this site or what but it's so unfortunate that they can't help me or do I have to lodge a complaint everytime I need their help I don't know. And the people from the bank always ask me if I haven't received anything and I kept telling them that I'm still waiting. I don't know how long should I wait to get the response.
