I have a problem with the GETMORE people from Cell C

I have a problem with the GETMORE people from Cell C. I canceled the contract with them at the beginning of the year but still they are taking R56 everymonth from my bank account. I spoke to Paul even emailed him ,watsapped but still they are taking money from me everymonth. I told them I want my refund because rite nau I feel like they are *****ing from me. Nd I think is not me alone.
