I have a problem

I phoned cell c to put data on my modem... and my Internet still wouldn't with <br> I was out through to technical department<br> the lady was not friendly... told me I wasn't looking properly for cell c and it wasn't under cell x was under modem...<br> She wasn'tfriendly or helpful and ended our call and never called me back<br> <br> I have been with cell c for years this is disgusting service<br> <br> I phoned back and my modem a won't work<br> still no Internet<br> the lady this time tried and is getting cell c router people to phone me tomorrow<br> but I am disgusted by the first ladies service<br> and I want my Internet working<br> I need it working<br> <br> I am highly furious for lack of service
